Steve has over 25 years of law enforcement and military experience and is certified to present the ALICE (Alert, Lockdown, Inform, Counter, and Evacuate) program. He has taken the ALICE model one step further to fit the workplace.
Steve is an Eastlake police officer and decorated United States Marine Corps veteran. This training presentation will equip small business owners and employees with the skills necessary to respond during an active shooter or hostile intruder incident.
